Does this school year have you looking for some after school homework help? Library staff, volunteer educators, and high school honor students will be available in the library program room for drop-in homework help.
If your student needs some extra reading practice, we will also have teen volunteers ready to read and listen, too.

Mary Lou Brieger, a member of the Arlington Gem and Mineral Club, is excited to share information about geology. Bring your favorite rock for show and tell! This program will help fufill Boy Scout badge requirements.

Use loose parts and found objects to make interesting stop motion animations.
In partnership with the British Emporium, join us for a celebration of Downton Abbey as we joyfully anticipate the release of the second film. Historian Rollin Phipps will present a discussion of the series and films including interesting historical background information. As a special bonus, Sheela Bailey of the British Emporium will provide refreshments and give a short presentation on British tea.
LIFELONG LEARNERS: SPHERO ROBOTS Friday, March 4 10 am and 1 pm Ages 55+
Spheros are rolling robotic spheres controlled with a tablet. We’ll set up some courses, mini bowling pins, and other fun games to play with Spheros. No prior knowledge of robots or coding needed.
